The Christmas Turtle

Did you ever find a surprise gift under the Christmas tree a few days after Christmas? You are sure that it wasn’t there on Christmas Day.

Santa has his elves and reindeer to help him deliver all his gifts by Christmas Day. The Christmas Turtle, being a turtle, is slower than the other helpers. The turtle takes longer to perform his Christmas duties, which include delivery.

The Christmas Turtle carefully chooses and wraps all the gifts forgotten by Santa as Santa rushes to deliver so many presents on Christmas Eve. Legend has it that the Christmas Turtle makes sure that every gift finds its way to the right person no matter how long it takes.

If you've ever found a present under the tree after Christmas, one you know wasn't there on Christmas Day, you can thank the Christmas Turtle!
